Some Faces are Timeless

I've shot countless people and faces over the years - all so different, all so interesting. Some faces are beautiful, some have character and some tell a story. I met Gerry LePage for the first time the other night in Pinchas Zukerman's dressing room while at Amanda Forsyth's solo concert at the NAC, and his face was different - extraordinary and timeless in a way. It's almost like Gerry's been invited to the future from a black and white classic or a New York jazz club from the 40's. He was a treat to meet - so engaging and so kind to everyone he spoke with - and so cool to photograph. Thanks Gerry!
