A Gold Mine of Rusted Steel.

This weekend I found this lovely gold mine of oxidized steel at a pedestrian overpass in the west end. Ottawa is typically a pretty polished up town, so it's so fun to find some urban decay to shoot.

I've always love the way steel, paint and rust work together over time to create such beautiful abstract and random compositions. I guess it's mother nature's way of showing us who the true abstract artist is. :)
